Oakland is the founder and convention chairman of Michigan Anthro Weekend. He’s been involved in the furry fandom since 2018, but became more active in the local furry scene in 2023.

He has about 5 years of convention staffing/volunteering experience at several large furry and comic/anime cons, and currently staffs both Motor City Furry Con as well as being the assistant director of the Noctfurnal safety team. In addition, he is responsible for hosting and operating Level 2 Furmeet, the largest arcade furmeet in Metro Detroit.

Oakland is more than excited to bring his convention staff and event running expertise to the table in order to make Michigan Anthro Weekend the best con it can be!

Lilac has been in the fandom since 2022. She loves the outdoors and making new friends!
